If you recently signed up for Vonage Business service, review the following topics for information to set up your account, users, and hardware.
You can transfer voice and wireless numbers to Vonage Business Cloud. Transferring phone numbers is often referred to as porting.
To transfer a phone number, you must submit a Number Porting Authorisation Form (PAF) online. It can take up to 20 business days to transfer your number, however, you can start using your new Vonage service right away.

A username and password are required to access the Online Account platform.
When you add an End User, an email is sent to that user which includes their username and a link to set up their password.
