You can transfer voice and wireless numbers to Vonage Business Cloud. Transferring phone numbers is often referred to as porting.
To transfer a phone number, you must submit a Number Porting Authorisation Form (PAF) online. It can take up to 20 business days to transfer your number, however, you can start using your new Vonage service right away.
