This feature emails you an MP3 audio file of your voicemail messages and is available at no cost.

NOTE: This is different than Vonage Visual Voicemail, which is a paid add-on feature that emails a written transcript and audio file of your voicemail messages.

To set up this feature:

1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.
2. Click Phone System, then click Extensions.
3. Hover over the extension associated with your voicemail and click the Pencil icon.
4. Click Voicemail.
5. Mark the option Confirm Send Voicemail to Email and enter the email address.
   
   NOTE: You can enter multiple email addresses, separated by a comma.
6. Click Save.
