These events affect your access and use of the Admin Portal, Desktop App, Mobile App, and certain services. Review this information to understand how you are impacted.

VBC PlatformsAdmin PortalA Notification advises that maintenance is underway; you cannot sign in, apply account changes, or make purchases. 

If you are currently signed in, an attempt to navigate away from your current activity directs you to the announcement. 
Desktop AppYou cannot sign in to these apps however, if you are currently signed in, your calling functionality is available. 
Mobile App
 
ServicesCompany Call Recordings
  • Call recordings continue to be processed and stored.
  • Auto-purchases are paused but processed once the maintenance is complete.
Vonage Meetings

You cannot set up new meetings but previously scheduled meetings are not impacted.
