Vonage provides access to public emergency call services to all customers in Australia. When you dial Triple Zero (000), your call is routed from the Vonage network to national emergency operators who will handle your call. The emergency operator will ask for specific information to correctly transfer your call. You will need to promptly and clearly state the nature of your emergency, your location and phone number, and any other requested information. If you use Vonage to call Triple Zero (000) then emergency services will be aware of the location address information of your primary office address listed on your account. Your extension location address information may not be provided to emergency services.
If you move or use Vonage at a different address, you will need to give us up to date information about your new address. You must email us at support@vonagebusiness.com.au with details of your new address. If you do not update your address information, and dial Triple Zero (000), emergency services may not know the address you are calling from.
