You can use telephone keypad codes for checking voicemail, blocking caller ID, dialling an international number, and logging in to a call queue.
NOTE: For information on accessing and managing voicemail, refer to Set Up Extension Voicemail and Greetings.
Use the following codes while listening to a voicemail message.
4 | If a caller was sent to voicemail from the Virtual Receptionist, they can return to the Virtual Receptionist by pressing 4. You can also include this information as part of your Virtual Receptionist greeting so callers know how to use this option. |
5 | Repeats the voicemail message from the beginning. |
6 | Skips to the next message. |
7 | Deletes the message. |
8 | Forwards the message to another extension. |
9 | Saves the message. |
* | Skips the call information. |
hash | Returns to the voicemail menu. |
** | Send a call directly to another extension’s voicemail. To use this code, you must use the blind transfer option. For example, to send a call directly to extension 123’s voicemail, initiate a blind transfer and press **123. |

To check voicemail remotely, dial * (star) 101 from your Main Virtual Receptionist while the greeting is playing. Enter your extension number and PIN number to access your voicemail. NOTE: The following Virtual Receptionist options must be set to access your voicemail remotely:

*51 | Apply an Account Code to the phone call. |
*67 | Block your caller ID (a single call only). |
*82 | Unblock your caller ID (a single call only). |
*90 | Log in to your call queue. |
*91 | Log out of your call queue. |
*99 or *100 | Check your voicemail from your Vonage phone. |
*101 | Check any extension’s voicemail by dialling this code when listening to any greeting on your Vonage account. |
*102 | Access the internal dial-by-name directory. |
