Simultaneous Ring

Updated: 4/19/2024 2:01 AM

Incoming calls can ring up to five different numbers or extensions at the same time and calls that are unanswered go to voicemail. Calls forwarded to International Locations or geographic areas that are not included in your plan are subject to additional charges.

Super Users and Administrators can set Simultaneous Ring for any extension and account. End Users can set for their own extension only.

NOTE:  If you use the Vonage Business Communications Mobile App on your mobile phone, do not forward calls to the mobile phone's number.  This causes the mobile phone to receive two calls at the same time, immediately sending the call to the mobile phone's voicemail.
