Adjust Firewall Settings

The following steps apply to any Netgear device.

NOTE: The WAN port must be connected before you can sign in to the router.

1. Open a web browser on a computer connected to the Netgear.
2. Enter http://www.routerlogin.net into the address bar.
3. Sign in with the following credentials:
    

   Username	admin
   Password	password

4. Click WAN Setup (on left).
5. Mark the option for Disable SIP ALG.
6. Click Apply (or Save, depending on the model).
