Use available options to manage assignments and set a Caller ID, Custom Tag, or Call Continuity Number.
Assign | Add to an Extension, Virtual Receptionist, Conference Bridge, Call Group, or Call Queue for use as a direct dial number. | |
Remove From Use | Make a phone number available for assignment to another feature or future use. | |
Change Caller ID | Assign a numerical code to control the number displayed on Caller ID. See Dynamic Caller ID. | |
Change Custom Tag | Append a label to the Caller ID that is announced or displayed on incoming calls; this tag can also be used with Google Analytics. See Custom Call Tag. | |
