Manage Your Phone Numbers

Your services include phone numbers that are assigned to certain features as direct dial numbers by Super Users and Administrators.

Use available options to manage assignments and set a Caller ID, Custom Tag, or Call Continuity Number.


  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Click Phone System and then click Phone Numbers.
  3. Hover over the phone number and then select your option (on right).
     
    Assign Add to an Extension, Virtual Receptionist, Conference Bridge, Call Group, or Call Queue for use as a direct dial number.
    Remove From UseMake a phone number available for assignment to another feature or future use.
    Change Caller IDAssign a numerical code to control the number displayed on Caller ID. See Dynamic Caller ID.
    Change Custom TagAppend a label to the Caller ID that is announced or displayed on incoming calls; this tag can also be used with Google Analytics. See Custom Call Tag.
    Update Call Continuity 
    Route calls to a phone number external to your account if service is unavailable.
