Global Calling Plans

Global Calling Plans offer Minute Bundles that can be used account-wide to call 52 countries for a fixed price. These plans support all extension types for fixed, landline, and mobile phones. Extension types include:

  • Unlimited Extension
  • Metered Extension

    NOTE: The standard $0.03 per minute rate is still charged in addition to using Minute Bundles.
  • High-Usage Extension
  • Mobile Extension
  • Unlimited Mobile Extension
  • Virtual Receptionist

You are not notified when your Minute Bundle is used up and additional bundles are not automatically added. Once exhausted, regular international rates apply.

View Minute Bundle Usage
  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Click Billing and then click Billing History.
  3. Click Show Details next to Current Usage.
  4. Click Pre-paid Bundles to view usage.
Monitor Call Activity

A Users Report is available to download calling details and view Global Calling Plans usage. The To and Rate columns help you identify the numbers called and the associated cost. See Reporting and Analytics - Users for details.
