Beginning Wednesday, April 6, 2022, Vonage will be performing incremental updates for customers utilizing previous versions of Polycom Firmware. The device Engineering team will be updating accounts, starting with the Polycom VVX300 series. Polycom phones will be updated to version 5.9.6.3057.
Why is Vonage performing firmware upgrades?
- Updates have been made to provide increased security.
- Includes improvements to heavily used features such as Visual Call Park, Busy Lamp Field, and Secondary Line Appearance.
- Includes Headset Feature Enhancement for Polycom VVX auto-detect Plantronics headsets. Users can customize settings with no computer needed to change headset features.

- Press the Home button on your phone (top right)
- Select Settings and then Status
- Select Platform and then Application
