The Emergency Service Fee is a Vonage Business fee, not a government-mandated fee. All customer accounts are charged this fee.

This fee is for providing emergency services, as required by regulatory authorities, including costs for supporting computer software and hardware upgrades that allow public safety answering points (PSAP) to send assistance to the registered location of a caller.
