Do Not Disturb (DND) sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail without ringing your phone. You can manage this feature in the Admin Portal, Desktop App, or on your phone.
NOTE: DND is not linked between the Admin Portal / Desktop App and your Vonage phone. If you enable DND in the Admin Portal or Desktop App, you must disable there. If you enable it on your phone, you must disable it from your phone.
To enable or disable on your phone, refer to the related user manual.
To enable or disable in Admin Portal or Desktop App:

- Sign in to the Admin Portal.
- Click Phone System and then click Extensions.
- Hover over the extension you want to set, then click the Pencil icon.
- Go to Basic Settings and apply option:
To enable: | Toggle on. | To disable: | Toggle off. |
- Click Save.
NOTE: Virtual Extensions have DND enabled by default. To disable DND on a Virtual Extension, you must first enable Call Forwarding on the Virtual Extension. See Call Forwarding Options for instructions.

Desktop App (All Users) |
- Sign in to your Desktop App.
- Click the Avatar/initials (top left) and apply option:
To enable: | Toggle Multe All Device to on. | To disable: | Toggle Mute all Devices to off. |
- Click Save.
