Supported Vonage Business Communications phones include a conference feature that lets you connect with three to six other parties on one phone call.
Use Conference Calling
Polycom Phones
While on an active call:
- Press the Conf button or soft key.
- Enter the phone number or extension number of the third party and then press the Send soft key.
- Press Conf after the third party answers the call.
Panasonic Phones
While on an active call:
- Press the Menu button (between Talk and Off keys).
- Now, press Conference, and dial the phone number of extension number of the third party.
- Press Conf after the third party answers the call.
Enable Six-Party Calling
You can conference with up to six parties when you have a Polycom phone and enable this option.
