To change your Company name, whether a Legal name change or because your company has been acquired by another, you must submit a request to Vonage to update.
Only a Super User or Administrator can request a Company Name change.
If you are the owner of your business and require a Legal name change for your Vonage account, send an email to LegalACR@vonage.com with the completed Name Change Form and the following information:

Your Company Name will be updated once approved by our Legal team.
If all or part of your business has been acquired by another business, send an email to LegalACR@Vonage.com with the following information:
Subject: | COMPANY NAME - Acquisition <Sales Order Number> |

Attachments: | Bill of Sale, Asset Purchase Agreement, Merger Agreement, or equivalent. |
Once our Legal team reviews, you will receive an email from LegalACR@vonage.com with an Assignment document attached.
Print the Assignment document, then both the current Vonage customer and new Vonage customer must sign. Scan and return the signed document to LegalACR@vonage.com.
