Dial *97 to pick up an incoming call on any extension in the same group. Up to 50 Metered or Unlimited Extensions are allowed in a Call Pickup Group.
NOTE: If there is more than one incoming call, the one that rings first is picked up.
Add a New Group
- Sign in to the Admin Portal
- Expand Phone System, then click Call Pickup Groups.
- Click Add New, then complete these fields:
| Call Pickup Group Name | Specify a name for the group. |
| Location | Select the applicable site, if multiple locations. |
| Extensions | Select up to 50 extensions to include in the group. |
- Click Save.
Modify Existing Group
- Sign in to the Admin Portal
- Expand Phone System, then click Call Pickup Groups.
- Click the group you want to edit, then click the Pencil icon.
- Apply edits, then click Save.
Delete a Group
- Sign in to the Admin Portal
- Expand Phone System, then click Call Pickup Groups.
- Click the group you want to remove, then click the Trash icon.
- Click OK to confirm the action.
