You can block the view of Caller ID for outbound calls for all extensions account-wide or for select extensions. If you use this feature, calls from your phone number show as Unavailable, Unknown, or a similar value.
Only a Super User or Administrator can manage Caller ID settings account-wide or for select extensions. End Users can set for their own extension only.
NOTE: A blocked Caller ID can may prevent you dialing certain phone numbers as some companies set rules to reject these incoming calls.

- Sign in to the Admin Portal.
- Click Account.
- Click PBX Settings, then go to Outbound Caller ID Number.
- Mark the option for Block all Outbound Caller ID.
- Click Save.

Per Extension |
- Sign in to the Admin Portal.
- Click Phone System, then click Extensions.
- Hover over the extension you want to manage and click the Pencil icon.
- Go to Outbound Caller ID in the Basic Settings section.
- Mark the option for Block Outbound Caller ID.
- Click Save

- Sign in to the Desktop App.
- Click the Avatar/initials (top left), then click Settings.
- Click Extension.
- Go to Outbound Caller ID and mark the option for Block Outbound Caller ID.
- Click Save.
