Vonage bills for all services one month in advance. When services or features are added to your account after your monthly payment, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for that service for the remainder of the month from the date the service order is fulfilled.

The statement for the next month of service will show a pro-rated charge for the new feature as well as the charge for the next full month (billed in advance).
