This add-on feature transcribes all Company Call Recordings and any recorded Vonage Meetings. AI Transcription for Company Call Recording is $74.99 per month, includes 200 hours of transcription, and requires the Company Call Recordings feature. Transcriptions are accessed in the Desktop App.
- Additional transcription hours can be purchased in 200-hour blocks for $74.99 each.
- Once the transcription limit is reached, transcriptions stop until space is freed up or more hours are purchased
- Email notifications are sent when you reach 90% of your transcription usage
- All calls are transcribed following the same rules as Company Call Recordings.
Add Feature to Company Call Recording
- Sign in to the Admin Portal.
- Click Store, click Add-Ons.
- Go to AI Transcription for Company Call Recordings.
- Click Add.
- Click the Cart (top right), then click Checkout.
- Review the order summary and then click Submit Order.
Access Call Transcriptions From Desktop App
- Sign in to the Desktop App.
- Click Calls, then click the Recordings tab.
- Click a recording to view the transcription status:

| Success | A Full View option is displayed if complete. |
| Pending | Transcription is in progress. |
| Failed | Transcription unsuccessful; displays an error message for transcription failure. |
- Click Full View to open the transcription of the call; the view contains the following:

- Date and Time of the recording
- Download and Delete actions based on permission:

- Recordings are saved until deleted.
- If a recording is deleted, the transcription is not automatically deleted and must be done manually

Access Call Transcriptions From Admin Portal
- Sign in to the Admin Portal.
- Click Phone System, then click Company Recordings.
- Click Recordings (at top), then hover over the recording and click the Details option; the following are displayed:
