Vonage Business Communication (VBC) has limits on the number of concurrent sessions by platform. Concurrent sessions refer to the number of active user sessions maintained across different devices or browsers simultaneously.
These limits affect the Admin Portal, Desktop App, and Mobile App. When a session limit is reached, you are presented with a message for that platform.

Admin Portal | 1 | You can only have one active Admin Portal session. To maintain security and prevent unauthorized access, your oldest session will be logged out automatically. |
Desktop App | 5 | You’ve reached the maximum of 5 active sessions. To maintain security and prevent unauthorized access, your oldest session will be logged out automatically. |
Mobile App | 5 | You’ve exceeded 5 active sessions. For security purposes, your oldest session will be automatically logged out. |
NOTE: Any Desktop App user, whether browser extension or executable, is automatically signed out of their session if they exceed 90 consecutive days without user-initiated interaction within the platform.
