Follow Me directs your incoming calls to ring up to five numbers in the sequence for the duration (10 to 60 seconds) that you specify. If the call is not answered, it goes to the voicemail you choose.

NOTE: If you use the Vonage Business Cloud App on your mobile phone, do not forward calls to the mobile phone's number.  This causes the mobile phone to receive two calls at the same time, immediately sending the call to the mobile phone's voicemail.

Super User and Account Administrator Set Up
  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Click Phone System, and then click Extensions.
  3. Hover over the extension you want to manage and click the Pencil icon.
  4. Click Call Forwarding, then toggle Forward Calls to enabled.
  5. Mark the Follow Me option.
  6. Select which numbers or extensions ring and for how long.
  7. Select which extensions Voicemail receives unanswered calls
  8. Choose which Caller ID displays when calls are forwarded from your extension.
  9. Click Save.
End User Set Up
  1. Sign in to your Online Account.
  2. Click the Avatar Avatar, then click Settings.
  3. Click Call Forwarding and then mark the option Follow Me.
  4. Select which numbers or extensions ring and for how long.  
  5. Select which extensions voicemail receives unanswered calls.
  6. Choose which Caller ID displays when calls are forwarded from your extension.
  7. Click Save.
