Restore a default greeting by saving the corresponding audio file and then uploading it to the Greeting.
The default voicemail message is built into the system and cannot be changed, however, you can disable this greeting by unchecking the Play Automated Voicemail Prompt option in your voicemail settings. Once disabled, either the default Busy Message or your recorded greeting plays.

Short Silence is a recording of a short silence. It is useful when you do not want a greeting or message to play, especially the Name Greeting.
Default AA is the original greeting of Thank you for calling. If you know your parties' extension you may dial it now, or to dial by name press star.
