Call Park is a feature that lets you park a call into a numbered spot. Once parked, you can retrieve the call from a different phone in your office.

Park a Call

1. While on a call, press the Transfer button on your phone and then dial *103.
2. Jot down the parking spot number when it is announced and then press Transfer to complete the park.
   
   NOTE: A reminder call rings your extension after 45 seconds and then every 60 seconds for the next four times. If not answered by the fifth time, the call is sent to voicemail.

Retrieve a Call

Dial *104 and then dial the parking spot number to retrieve the call.
